.Some wedding stories I’ve captured.
Kind Words
“Thank you for your stunning photos. You captured the atmosphere perfectly & managed to be in all the right spots at all the right times. You were an absolute pleasure to have around & your informal approach suited our farm wedding perfectly. We've had the most amazing feedback from our friends & family. The photos are incredible & hang very proudly on our walls. I can’t stress enough how happy were both are with our decision to use you as our photographer. Fiona, you were amazing during my “bridezilla” moments & really helped me plan my day to ensure we got the best of it. Really, THANK YOU!”
- Becky & Joe
“Fiona captured our day perfectly. Her unobtrusive style meant we always felt like ourselves & didn't even notice the camera. And our pictures show exactly how happy we felt on the day. We didn't want lots of formal photos & Fiona recommended the perfect amount so we had enough, without it being a chore. She really took time to discuss our needs & photographed our day exactly how we wanted. The most amazing thing were all the details she managed to capture so beautifully. It was extraordinary, a truly bespoke service.”
- Katherine & Scott
“Professional from start to finish, Fiona instinctively knew exactly what we wanted. She produced the most amazing photos & we hardly knew she was there! We've had so many comments from our friends about how beautiful our photos are & how wonderful moments & pure emotion was captured throughout the day. Our photos are not only stunning but have been beautifully produced. Thank you so much. This photographer is amazing and we cannot recommend Fiona enough.”

FAQ’s
+ Can we meet you before the wedding to discuss our requirements?
Absolutely! It’s highly beneficial, where possible, for clients to meet with their photographer before the wedding takes place. I'm happy to meet for a consultation anywhere within 20 miles of my base in Surrey. However, if a meeting proves logistically impossible we can still discuss all your queries in detail over the phone, or via Zoom.
+ What happens after we book you?
I require a 25% deposit to hold the date & will send you a contract to sign. You'll also receive a PDF guide with lots of advice on planning your day & what to expect. We’ll discuss your schedule for the day which will help you to plan for the other suppliers. Clients often follow me on Facebook or Instagram to see the images I’m posting from other work in the months leading up to their big day. We’ll stay in touch via email during the planning stages & have a phone or zoom catch up, in the week before the wedding. However, you’re welcome to call for advice or let me know about changes to your day, at any time throughout the process.
+ What style of work do you shoot?
My style of shooting uses a lot of natural light for light filled, fine art wedding images. I like to shoot in an unobtrusive way, to produce natural images full of emotion, love & fun. However, my work will always accommodate your preferences for the images you want from the day. I encourage prospective clients to keep cuttings of any images they see in magazines or online, which can give me an idea of what they are after. I can then tailor your images to reflect your tastes.
+ Do you take any formal or group photographs?
Absolutely, there are no restrictions to the type of photography done on the day. I will offer my advice on the number of the shots you want, based on timings of the day but your wedding album will be filled with the type of shots you want.
+ How long do you stay on the day?
If you purchase a full day package, I don’t believe in limiting the shoot to a certain number of hours as all weddings are different. The photography can begin from the Bride and Groom’s preparations in the morning & continues through to the end of the first dance. We will work out a schedule very soon after you have booked me to ensure everything will be captured.
+ Are there any other costs outside of the package prices?
The only additional costs are travel & accommodation expenses, if your wedding is taking place more then 50 miles away from where I am based in Surrey. Over 50 miles, the travel charge is 40p per mile. In addition, if the wedding is more then 2 hours from where I am based, I will require accommodation for the evening before to ensure road traffic or accidents on the day won’t prevent me from getting to your wedding on time.
+ How many photographs do you take on the day?
There is no limit to the number of images I take on the day. You will be presented with the very best of these, carefully edited, usually between 600-800 images.
+ Who will take our photographs?
I will take the photographs at your wedding. Occasionally, I may be accompanied by an assistant but there is no difference in the cost for you.
+ Do we have to feed you (and your assistant)?
It’s always lovely to get a hot meal when I’m working but I totally understand that weddings can be hugely expensive. It’s no problem at all to bring food with me. Just let me know what works for you, so I can plan ahead.
+ How do you deal with low light & bad weather conditions?
A good photographer should be able to capture pictures in all conditions. I have the professional photographic equipment required to deal with low light conditions & will research your venue thoroughly. Where possible I will visit the venue in advance or very early on the day, to ensure there are locations we can use for the group photos, couple shots & bridal portraits in the event of bad weather.
+ What if I don’t like having my photo taken?
Don’t worry, most people feel the same way! We will discuss all your concerns before the day, to take into account any worries you may have. Certain styles of photography are less intrusive then others and there are many ways to make you feel more comfortable and still get the shots you want from the day. We can also arrange for a pre-wedding engagement shoot, to help you become more relaxed in front of the camera.
+ How long does it take until we can see our pictures?
All images have high quality, professional post-processing work on them. A sneak peak of a few may appear on my social media channels or blog, shortly after the wedding. However, the password protected, online gallery of your full set will be available to view within four weeks.
